For the ringmaster, I wanted him to be bold, opulent, and very extravagent so I chose his color scheme to be predominantly white with gold and blue accents along with a dark skin tone to show that despite his brotherhood with The Strongman, he has obviously seen a lot more sun and has travelled a vast expanse of the world, acquiring culture and wealth.
I added a giant feather to top off his elegant turban.
